In 2012 CEO Daniel and his team decided go beyond insuring risks and paying bills of customers and had the ambition to become a true customer-oriented firm that is more relevant in the lives of people.

We accompany Helsana since more than 10 years on this journey and partnered on multiple levels and different initiatives – from crafting a new, bold purpose, telling a human-centered story, co-creating new digital flagship services, rethinking the marketing organization, enabling human-centered design skills and behaviours, engaging the organization on its journey of transformation. Everything with the goal to align the organization, its products and services with the new strategy and purpose.

Currently we are working on a health-strategy and develop new business-models and services to strengthen the market position of Helsana.
