In 2012 CEO Daniel and his team decided go beyond insuring risks and paying bills of customers and had the ambition to become a true customer-oriented firm that is more relevant in the lives of people.
We accompanied Helsana over years on this journey and partnered on multiple levels and different initiatives – from crafting a new, bold purpose, telling a human-centered story, co-creating new digital flagship services, enabling human-centered design skills and behaviours, engaging the organization on journey of transformation to aligning the brand strategy with the new purpose.
Currently we are working on a health-strategy and develop new business-models and services to strengthen the market position of Helsana.
