The Roche Diagnostics Diabetes business wanted to transform into the future – moving away from only selling devices into a service-driven company that is close and relevant for physicians and patients alike.

We partnered with Roche to create a new customer-centered strategy, define purpose and strategic narrative, clarify brand architecture and co-create the blueprint for the digital ecosystem of the future which contains many brands, devices and digital platforms that need to seamlessly interact. Together we created a global roll-out strategy that includes e.g. the engagement and upskilling of sales force, create the brands in-line with strategy and co-create new services from a customer centered perspective.
